[fixed/closed]Council Guardian bad protection choice

hwne choosing colors for Council Guardian's Will of the council ability, choosing black results in it having protection from blue.
Likewise, choosing the following colors results in the stated protection:
Green - protection from red
Blue - protection from green
Red - doesn't affect protection when the other player chooses another color. If both players choose Red, Council Guardian has protection from black, blue, green and red.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Council Guardian has protection from all colors chosen.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
