[fixed/closed]Dethrone no counters when tied life

Creatures with Dethrone don't recieve a +1/+1 counter when attacking a player that's tied for most life. Tested with Grenzo's Cutthroat and Marchesa's Infiltrator.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Creatures with Dethrone recieve a +1/+1 counter when attacking a player that's tied for most life.
