[fixed/closed]Drakestown Forgotten ability doesn't target

Activating Drakestown Forgotten's activated ability correctly removes a +1/+1 counter from it, but then doesn't prompt the player to target a creature. Thus, no creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
