[fixed/closed]Grenzo, Dungeon Warden can't pay X

1) As soon as
has been spent to cast Grenzo, Dungeon Warden, it is cast. This means that a player can't spend any amount of mana on Grenzo's 
cost, so X is always 0.
2) Grenzo's activated ability can't be activated.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Grenzo, Dungeon Warden

CoRM15, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Grenzo's cost can be paid and its activated ability can be activated.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
