Describe the Bug:
1) Activating Selvala, Explorer Returned's aczivated ability doesn't tap it. Hence, it can be activated an infinite number of times in a row.

2) If the card revealed by Selvala's controller is a nonland card, two green mana are added to that player's mana pool.

3) Selvala's ability never gains its controller any life.

4) Only Selvala's controller's top card is taken into account when calculating the amount of mana generated by Selvala (only tested with player controlling Selvaala). This means that if Selvala's controller reveals a land while the opponent reveals a nonland, no mana is added to Selvala's controller's mana pool. It looks as though this was a general bug regarding Parley.

One green mana is added to Selvala's controller's mana pool for each nonland card revealed.

Selvala's controller gains 1 life for each nonland card revealed.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
As stated in 4), it's possible that other cards with Parley don't take into account the top card of the opponent's library and instead just double the effect when the respective card's controller reveals a nonland card.

After countless hours of playing with and against cards with Parley, I can say that most of them seem to only check their controller's top card and then double the respective effect, regardless whether the opponent's top card is a land or nonland card.
Can't say for sure that this goes for all of those cards, though, so this might warrant further investigation and eventually a separate report.
