[fixed/closed]Parley doesn't reveal opp's top card

Describe the Bug:
When a Parley ability is activated or an instant/sorcery with Parley is cast, the top card of the opponent's library is not revealed.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Cards with Parley
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When a Parley ability is activated or an instant/sorcery with Parley is cast, the top card of each player's library is revealed.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in 20d2379 for all cards with Parley

- Current / medium term task: adjusting the code for making Misdirection and such usable
- Long term task: inserting all the good stuff I left out from the "Golden Years" mod
