[fixed/closed]Split Decision bad choice

When Split Decision is cast and both players vote for Denial, the targetted spell is copied.
If one player votes for Denial while the other player votes for Duplication, the targetted spell is countered.
Not sure what happens if both players choose Duplication as Ai seems to always choose Denial.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Split Decision
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If both players vote for Denial, the targetted spell is countered.
If one player votes for Denial while the other player votes for Duplication, the targetted spell is copied.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
