[fixed/closed]M15 PWs loyalty counters

Describe the Bug:
1) Ajani Steadfast and teh other new planeswalkers from M15 enter the battlefield with a prohibition sign on it.

2) The loyalty counter box is missing from them when they're on the battlefield.

3) They're not affected by the legend rule and can't be sacrificed when two or more other planeswalkers with the same type are on teh battlefield..

4) They can't be attacked. Damage redirection works as intended, though.

5) They can't be targetted by spells or abilities that can target PWs, nonland permanents or any permanent.

6) They are not affected by global effects like Oblivion Stone or Apocalypse.

7) They are not affected by the Chain Veil.

Which card did behave improperly ?

There's no prohibition sign on the stated planeswalkers.

There's a loyalty counter box on the stated planeswalkers.

The stated planeswalkers are affected by the legend rule.

The stated planeswalkers can be attacked.

The stated planeswalkers can be targetted.

The stated planeswalkers are affected by global affects that affect Planeswalkers, nonland permanents or all permanents.

The stated planeswalkers are affected by The Chain Veil.

Lots of bad data in "ct_all". Fixed and V2 coming this weekend

1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 are fixed as of CoRM15 mini.

They're still missing the loyalty counter box.
