Describe the Bug:
Sliver Hive's nonmana ability costs
to activate and can be activated when its controller doesn't control a Sliver.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Sliver Hive
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Also we need an errata about it's mana generation, since it can produce one mana of any color that can be used for anything.

The token bug is fixed in e1288f9
The other is bad data in "ct_all": since the restriction of mana usage cannot be coded, this could only produce 1 under Manalink.
