[fixed/closed]Ajani Steadfast bad emblem, no counters on PWs

Describe the Bug:
1) When Ajani Steadfast's last ability is activated, a token that's a copy of Kird Ape is put onto the battlefield under Ajani's controller's control instead of an emblem.
Damage dealt to Ajani's controller is not prevented/decreased when the Kird Ape token is on the battlefield.

2) Ajani's second ability doesn't put loyalty counters on other Planeswalkers.

When Ajani Steadfast's last ability is activated, its controller gets an emblem instead of a Kird Ape token.

Ajani's second ability puts a loyalty counter on each other Planeswalker.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
