[fixed/closed]Cruel Sadist errors, selection popup

Describe the Bug:
Attempting to activate Cruel Sadist while it has at least one +1/+1 counter on it (the first time in a game) prompts the following error messages:

Wrong parameters at address: 0x4396a2
eax = 0x0
ecx = 0x2b

Wrong parameters at address: 0x47202b
eax = 0x0
ecx = 0x2b

Then the selection popup looks like in the attached image.

Other than that, the card works like a charm.
