[fixed/closed]Ensoul Artifact instantly dies & others

Hard to tell whether it actually enters the battlefield or not, but either way Ensoul Artifact goes to the graveyard when resolving.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Ensoul Artifact doesn't instantly go to the graveyard when resolving.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
