Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
First Response only triggers on its controller's upkeep (if that player lost life during last turn).

If its controller has lost life during his/her turn, he/she won't get a token on the opponent's next upkeep.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
First Response triggers on each upkeep (if life was lost by controlelr the turn before).

It was triggering for me at the end of my turn...

Bad values in "ct_all". Fixed.

Still only triggering on controller's upkeep as of CoRM15 mini2.

If controller lost life during his/her turn, no token is put onto the battlefield during opponent's upkeep.

The card does trigger during its controller's end step, but doesn't do anything.
