[fixed/closed]Ral Zarek can't tap permanents

The first target of Ral Zarek's +1 ability gets a prohibition sign instead of being tapped. Permanents that got a prohibition sign this way keep that sign until they leave the battlefield and can't be targetted as long as they have said sign on them.
The untap part of the ability works as intended.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
