[fixed/closed]Hibernation Sliver AI can bounce player's

When Hibernation Sliver enters the battlefield, two legacy effect cards are put onto the battlefield - one controlled by the player and one controlled by AI.
1) AI can activate the ability granted by Hibernation Sliver to make the player lose 2 life and return a Sliver creature of AI's choice to player's hand any number of times.
2) If the player responds by activating Hibernation Sliver's ability, bouncing the same Sliver AI chose, two copies of that Sliver will end up in the player's hand.
3) When Hibernation Sliver has left the battlefield ,both effect cards stay on the battlefield until end of turn.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Only a Sliver's controller can acivate the ability granted to it by Hibernation Sliver, i.e. each player's respective legacy effect card can only affect Sliver creatures that player controls.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
