Describe the Bug:
Dragon creature tokens put onto the battlefield via Sarkhan Vol's -6 ability are 4/0.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Sarkhan Vol

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
The sheer amount of new reports regarding tokens implies that there's some global bug regarding tokens.
See Elf tokens and Rhino tokens, for example.

Kiora, the Crashing Wave's Kraken tokens are 9/0.

The bug doesn't affect all kinds of tokens. Sorin, Lord of Innistrad's Vampire tokens are still 1/1.

Confirmed for both Sarkhan Vol and Kiora. Not all tokens are affected, so lets report each one separately from now on.
