[fixed/closed]Domri Rade's +1 ability shuffles library

Domri Rade's +1 ability shuffles Domri's controller's library after the top card has been revealed and/or put into its owner's hand.
This happens regardless of whether the revealed card was a creature or not and regardless of whether a revealed creature card was put into Domri's controller's hand.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Domri Rade

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Domri Rade's +1 ability doesn't shuffle Domri's controller's library.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
