Describe the Bug:
Orb of Dreams doesn't do anything. When it's on the battlefield, each permanent enters the battlefield untapped unless its rules text states it enters the battlefield tapped.

Fixed in c910cc8

As of CoRM15 mini2, all permanents enter the battlefield tapped when Orb is on the battlefield.

However, Orb itself enters the battlefield tapped, too, which it shouldn't. Also, enchantment, artifact, planeswalker and creature spells are tapped when on the stack.

Good find: it was a global bug. Fixed in f312f3b
