Describe the Bug:
A creature with converted mana cost 1 that has morph asks for its mana cost twice, if attempting to hardcast it while having less than 3 unused mana sources and/or mana in pool available. Tested with Goblin Taskmaster and Birchlore Rangers

Which card did behave improperly ?
Creatures with CMC 1 and morph

Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The specified creatures can be cast for their mana cost normally, regardless of available mana (sources).

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

This is not limited to creatures with CMC 1.

I also tested Voidmage Apprentice, Voidmage Prodigy and Riptide Pilferer. They all prompted the player to pay their respective costs again after the hardcast cost had already been paid, if there was no untapped mana source or mana in pool left after initially paying their cost.

Example: When I had 2 untapped Islands left and attempted to cast Voidmage Prodigy, the client asked me to pay {U} {U} after I had already paid {U} {U} .

This was a global bug regarding all creatures with CMC lesser than the actual morph cost.
