[fixed/closed]Show and Tell - casts the card

Describe the Bug:
Show and Tell appears to actually be casting the card, instead of putting it into play.

For example Emrakul, the Aeons Torn will give you an extra turn, or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth will draw you 4 cards.

Put into play, not cast.

The problem is not Show and Tell, but the "eldrazi trigger". Fixed in e435d63.

Doesn't trigger Emrakul's or Ulamog's casting trigger as of CoRM15 mini2. Fixed.
