Survival of the Fittest can't be cast

Which card did behave improperly ?
Survival of the Fittest

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Survival of the Fittest can be cast

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Confirmed.

Otherwise, card seems to work fine if you force it into play.
