[fixed/closed]Slaughter Pact - does nothing

Slaughter pact does nothing. No legacy card, no targeting.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Tested all the pacts, and only Pact of the Titan has a problem - will make a separate report.
