Describe the Bug:
When AI has Sylvan Library (not tested for player), it asks Sylvan Library's controller whether to activate it (AI always chooses to) and if so that player draws 3 cards instead of 1, with no option to put cards on top of library or penalty if you don't.

Confirmed.

From the player's point of view, you are asked if you want to activate Sylvan Library or not. Choosing to activate it means you draw 3 cards and nothing else happens.

In the previous version this worked pretty well so I'm assuming maybe it was recoded? With the old version you had to be careful how you stacked the sylvan library trigger with your normal turn draw card trigger so you could see all 3 cards and put 2 back.
