[not a bug]Summoning Sickness Icon on Non-Creatures

Describe the Bug:
Am I crazy, or have I just never noticed that everything is coming in to play with summoning sickness icons? In the attached screenshot, you'll see summoning sick artifacts, lands, planeswalker, enchantment, and even a rules card.

Like I said, I can't tell if I've never noticed this before or if it is new. So maybe this is a question instead of a bug report. I'm pretty sure that it used to be that a card like Mishra's Factory would not have a summoning sick icon, unless you made it a creature on the first turn it came into play.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
summoning sick only for creatures.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

You can enable/disable it by pressing Ctrl+U or by right-clicking the battlefield and selecting "show all cards' summoning sickness" from the menu.

Ha ok I must have hit that option by accident at some point recently while testing. My bad, not a bug!

Seriously thought I was going crazy
