Avenger of Zendikar's first triggered ability (put tokens into play) is optional, meaning it does not automatically trigger.
This is probably a byproduct of making its landfall trigger optional, which now works as intended.

CoRM15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The ETB trigger is mandatory.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
