Describe the Bug:
The Chain Veil's controller doesn't lose 2 life at the end of his/her turn, if he/she hasn't activated a loyalty ability of a planeswalker on that turn.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
The Chain Veil's controller loses 2 life at the end of his/her turn, if he/she hasn't activated a loyalty ability of a planeswalker on that turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Fixed in 978ed27, however some PWalker needs recoding before correctly interact with The Chain Veil EOT ability. I'll try to have it done before this week's patch.
