Describe the Bug:
The controller of the permanent targetted by Oblation draws two cards.

The targetted card is correctly shuffled into its owner's library.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Oblation

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

To make matters worse, if you target a creature enchanted by Control Magic, rather than getting shuffled into owner's library, control reverts back to owner still enchanted by Control Magic (and the owner's library is shuffled).

That totally sounds like it's related to the Control Magic & co death behavior bug.

The first bug is fixed in 8db0584
The interaction with stealing effects is already fixed.
