Describe the Bug:
Foundry Champion's triggered ability doesn't trigger when it enters the battlefield.

Its activated abilities work as intended.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Foundry Champion

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Foundry Champion's triggered ability triggers when it enters the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Just out of curiosity, why do you refer to 187 abilities instead of ETB abilities?

Just an old habit. 187 abilities was the term that was used around the time (and subsequently) when these CIP/ETB effects on creatures first popped up (must have been around the release of Visions). 187 used to be the paragraph in the comprehensive rules that handled those.

I've used ETB in thread titles before, don't really give it much thought when typing, though.

Edit: Apparently, the story of paragraph 187 handling the ETB triggers back in the day was a blatant lie, but that's the explanation that was given to my friends and me back then. I've always thought it was a mere coincidence that some American police code for murder too was 187, but as it turns out, that's exactly what the term is derived from.
Nekrataal killing creatures was what coined the term. It wasn't exclusively used when referring to Nekrataal, but also when talking about other creatures with ETB abilities.
