Nissa, Worldwaker's -7 ability shuffles its controller's library once for each basic land card that player picks.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Nissa, Worldwaker's -7 ability shuffles its controller's library once after that player is done picking basic land cards.
