Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
Targeting window only showed 2 targets after 3 were chosen and no damage was dealt.

Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Damage should be dealt.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

The functional reprint, Flames of the Firebrand, is working fine.

I confirm that it makes no damage to players and/or creatures but it shows all 3 targets using the savegame,too.
