Describe the Bug:
Blue Elemental Blast can't be cast (neither to counter nor to destroy).

Which card did behave improperly ?
Blue Elemental Blast

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Blue Elemental Blast can be cast.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Might possibly affect Red Elemental Blast.

Actually, Red and Blue Elemental Blasts are mixed up, so red destroys red and blue destroys blue.
