Describe the Bug:
Cursed Rack's controller's opponent has a maximum hand size of seven.

Cursed Rack's controller has a maximum hand size of four.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Cursed Rack

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
