Describe the Bug:
Colossus of Sardia's activated ability can't be activated.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Colossus of Sardia
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Colossus of Sardia's activated ability can be activated during its controller's upkeep.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Bad values in "ct_all". The old implementation probably was a trigger.

You are right Colossus of Sardia first was printed by wotc as a trigger and so was for manalink.

Can be activated now, but it can be activated during either upkeep, when it should only be during controller's upkeep.
