Describe the Bug:
Coral Helm's activated ability doesn't do anything. Whe nactivated, a random card is discarded from its controller's hand, but then it doesn't ask for a target and no creature on the battlefield gets +2/+2.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Coral Helm's activated ability asks for a target and that target gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
