[fixed/closed]Damping Field locks creatures & lands

Describe the Bug:
Artifacts, creatures and lands don't untap when Damping Field is on the battlefield.
Each player gets to untap one artifact per turn as intended.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Damping Field
Which update are you using?(date, name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Damping Field only affects artifacts.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Seems similiar to the Winter Orb bad lock bug and the Smoke bad lock bug.

Yup, and it's already fixed.
