[fixed/closed]Elder Spawn is not sacrificed

If Elder Spawn's controller doesn't sacrifice an Island at the beginning of his/her upkeep, Elder Spawn deals 6 damage to him/her, but is not sacrificed.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If Elder Spawn's controller doesn't sacrifice an Island at the beginning of his/her upkeep, Elder Spawn deals 6 damage to him/her and is sacrificed.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
