Describe the Bug:
Gloom doesn't affect the casting cost of white (or any otehr color's) spells, nor does it affect the activation cost of white enchantments.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?

Actully the second ability works, it's the first that is bugged.

In the savegame, Soul Snare can be activated despite Gloom being on the battlefield.Gargaroz wrote:Actully the second ability works [...]

As of CoRM15 mini3, white spells cost
more to cast for each copy of Gloom on the battlefield.
White enchantments' activated abilities are still not affected (tested with Soul Snare and Greater Realm of Preservation).
