[fixed/closed]Gloom no effect

Describe the Bug:
Gloom doesn't affect the casting cost of white (or any otehr color's) spells, nor does it affect the activation cost of white enchantments.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Gloom

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Gloom increases the casting cost of white spells and the activation cost of white enchantments by {3}.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Actully the second ability works, it's the first that is bugged.
Fixed in 2670348

In the savegame, Soul Snare can be activated despite Gloom being on the battlefield.

Also tested with Greater Realm of Preservation -> same bug

As of CoRM15 mini3, white spells cost {3} more to cast for each copy of Gloom on the battlefield.

White enchantments' activated abilities are still not affected (tested with Soul Snare and Greater Realm of Preservation).
