[duplicate]Meloku the Clouded Mirror

In the attached save, I cannot play Meloku the Clouded Mirror from my hand -- clicking on it makes the game request the appropriate mana, and double-clicking it makes it tap it automatically, but the mana is not spent and Meloku remains in my hand.
One land is tagged as not auto tapping, but that is not the source of the bug -- untagging it still leaves Meloku unplayable. Other cards can be played fine.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
