[fixed/closed]Haunting Wind only affects opponent

Haunting Wind doesn't deal damage to its controller when one of his artifacts is tapped or activated. It deals damage to Haunting Wind's controller's opponent when one of his/her artifacts is tapped or activated, though.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Haunting Wind affects both players.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
