[fixed/closed]Library of Alexandria activations cost mana

Describe the Bug:
When the player attempts to activate Library of Alexandria while he/she has 7 cards in hand, it prompts him/her to pay {2} before the mode selection window pops up. Library is also tapped before that window pops up.
Choosing "Draw a card" from that window, results in the player being asked to pay an additional {1}. Then that player draws a card.

Choosing "Cancel" neither untaps Library, nor does it re-add the initial {2} back to the respective player's mana pool.

Choosing "Produce mana" or having less/more than 7 cards in hand and then activating Library correctly adds {1} to Library's controller's mana pool.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Library of Alexandria

CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Activating Library of Alexandria, doesn't cost mana.

No additional cost is charged for choosing Library's draw ability.

At best, Library is tapped after a mode has been chosen, so it stays untapped when "Cancel" is chosen.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also if a player has 7 cards and tries to use his Library of Alexandria to get mana the game hard crashes directly to windows(at least using autotap).
