Describe the Bug:
White creatures don't get +2/+1 when Jihad is on the battlefield and Jihad's controller's opponent controls a nontoken permanent of the chosen color.

Also Jihad doesnt consider noncreature artifacts and lands that are (e.g. Etherwrought Page) or have become (e.g. via Lifelace) colored nontoken permanents of the chosen color.

Considers non-colored permanents that become colored.

But still doesn't give +2/+1

Fixed the (and tested) in 01acb55
However, bear in mind that it will only consider nontoken permanents.
