When Martyr's Cry resolves, no creatures are exiled and no cards are drawn by any player.
Which card did behave improperly ?

CoRM15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Martyr's Cry resolves, all white creatures are exiled and for each creature exiled this way, its controller draws a card.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
