[fixed/closed]Natural Selection doesn't order opp's top 3

When Natural Selection targets its controller's opponent, its controller doesn't get to rearrange the top 3 cards of his/her opponent's library.
The shuffle part works fine, as does rearranging its controller's top 3.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
When Natural Selection targets its controller's opponent, its controller looks at the top three cards of his/her opponent's library, then puts them back in any order before deciding whether to shuffle that library or not.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
