[fixed/closed]Power Struggle no effect

Describe the Bug:
When Power Struggle's triggered ability resolves, nothing seems to happen, i.e. no permanents are chosen at random and hence no control of any permanent is exchanged.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Power Struggle

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRM15 mini, duel

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Power Struggle exchanges control of randomly chosen permanents that share a type.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Also it only triggers on opponents upkeep.

That's what I had initially included in the report, but it's not true. It only displays an extra message/window at the beginning of the opponent's upkeep.

You can see that it triggers on its controller's upkeep, if you control Power Struggle and at least one other permanent with an ability that triggers at the beginning of your upkeep. In that case, Power Struggle will be highlighted in orange/red when the game is asking you to choose the order in which triggers are triggered.
