1) Stone Giant's activated ability can target creatures its controller's opponent controls.
2) The ability can target creatures with toughness equal to Stone Giant's power, e.g Juggernaut.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Stone Giant's activated ability can only target creatures its controller controls.
The ability can only target creatures with toughness less than Stone Giant's power.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
