Righteousness's target gets +14/+14 (two legacy effect cards are temporarily attached to that target) until end of turn.
Which card did behave improperly ?

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Righteousness's target gets +7/+7 (one legacy effect card is temporarily attached to that target) until end of turn.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
