Describe the Bug:
1) Rocket Launcher's activated ability can be activated the turn Launcher has been cast / put onto the battlefield.
2) When activated, the ability's help text prompts the player to "Select damage card". Targetting works as intended, though.
Which card did behave improperly ?
Rocket Launcher
Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
CoRm15 mini, duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Rocket Launcher's activated ability can only be activated if its controller has controlled Rocket Launcher since the beginning of the turn during which teh activation takes place.
When activated, the ability's help text prompts the player to "Select creature or player".
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
