Describe the Bug:
When Tawnos's Weaponry's activated ability is activated, a legacy effect card is attached to the targetted creature, which gets +1/+1 as long as that effect card is atatched to it
Said legacy effect card is not removed when Tawnos's Weaponry is untapped, so the targetetd creature gets +1/+1 permanently.

This is cumulative, so if the same creature is targetted multiple times by Weaponry's ability, it will permanently get +1/+1 for each time a legacy card was attached to it this way..

Legacy effect cards atatched by Tawnos's Weaponry's ability are removed when Tawnos's Weaponry becomes untapped.
