Describe the Bug:
1) When Titania's Song is on the battlefield, artifact creatures (and noncreature artifacts) are creatures with P/T each equal to their converted mana cost.

2) When Titania's Song is on the battlefield, artifacts only lose their activated abilities. Triggered abilities like Tetravus's or Howling Mine's still trigger, and static abilities like Cumber Stone's are not suppressed.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Titania's Song only affects noncreature artifacts and suppresses all abilities, including triggered and static ones.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

However, the check for this kind of effects (like the Humility one) is implemented only for the 60% of the cards. I'm working on it, but it will take time.

Still effects Tetravus.

Also, effects don't end for artifact creatures at EOT when Titania's Song is destroyed. ex. A Feldon's Cane ceases to be a creature, but a Tetravus does not regain flying or the ability to release tetravites.
